Reminders:
$12 Consignor fee is non-refundable (paid via Paypal but you do NOT need a Paypal account).
Permission to Email – Each time you sign in to register, be sure this box is checked in your consignor account (under your email address) so you receive important consignor related information along the way.
Deliver what your promised! Do not list items with us that you have listed on other selling platforms or may want to give to a friend or family member. By registering as a consignor and entering inventory into your account, you are committing to dropping off ALL of your sold items during our drop off window. Whether you sell one item or hundreds, you MUST drop them off – a shopper has paid for them and is excited to have purchased them and will be coming to pick them up! Failure to do so will prohibit you from consigning with us at future online and in-person events.
Only sell your best online and never assume that because an item was accepted into the in person event, that it should be listed in the online event. Online does require an extra level of quality inspection since shoppers are relying solely on the seller to be sure we have top notch quality items. In person events still require high quality items, but since shoppers have the opportunity to inspect the items prior to purchase, we sometimes let things into that event that we wouldn’t want in the online event. Any questions, please ask so you can avoid refunds!
Please refer to the information on our How To Consign Page for guidelines on acceptable items, quality standards (it is up to you to be sure your items meet our clearly noted standards so either ask questions or if you’re not comfortable with that, in person sales may be a better fit), preparation, tagging, pricing, taking photos to help sell your items and how to sell safely. One crucial note is that you must carefully input your items into the correct categories and sizes with a detailed description containing key words so that shoppers can find your items in our store! Photos of unsold items will carry over to the next sale UNLESS you miss participating in the following two ONLINE sale seasons (for ex. if you consigned online Fall 2023 but then missed online Spring 2024 and online Fall 2024, photos will be deleted). Consigning in person doesn’t count since you’re not using the photos for those sales.
Please be sure to read the Seller Agreement thoroughly. There are additional fees involved that will only be assessed if you are negligent in adhering to our quality standards on items and photos set forth in our website, create a duplicate inventory item that is sold but you don’t actually have, fail to drop off a sold item, and any of these actions result in a refund to the shopper. Also, in order to help cover the increasing costs associated with holding the events, there is a small tiered upcharge added to the price of each item as it’s imported into the Shopify store. This will not change the way your earnings have always been calculated (you will be paid as usual, based on the price you entered into your inventory) and will be invisible in your consignor account and reports. Recall list – Check items against the federal recall list (it is illegal to sell recalled products and you, the Consignor, are the seller).
Car seats/bases – Complete a Car Seat Checklist for each and bring to drop off.
Like in the spring, the shopping event schedule changed from a Monday through Friday to a Friday through Tuesday so things will look a bit different as far as shopping days and length of time to tag/prep your items for drop off after selling is complete. Be sure to plan accordingly. Venue days will still be Monday to Friday so there are no changes with the drop off, bag check and pick up schedule.
Important Dates
Inventory deadline – All inventory must be entered by Saturday, 8/2 at 10:00 PM. This deadline cannot be extended.
Drop Off – Once registered, please **select a drop off appointment as soon as possible.** These appointments are available on a first come, first served basis on Monday, 8/18 (3PM – 8PM) and Tuesday, 8/19 (10AM – 6PM) – be sure you don’t schedule yours around any other commitments as the time it will take can vary greatly depending on your number of items and level of organization. If you plan to list a large quantity of items, please do not choose the last drop off appointments of the day and risk not having enough time to complete your drop off before we have to leave for the night. Please email me if you’re unable to find a time that works with your schedule.
Presale Shopping – As long as you consign at least 20 acceptable items, you earn ONE pass to both our private presale on Friday, 8/8 at 5PM (if you crew you can shop starting at 4PM) and our private half price presale on Monday, 8/11 at 7:30PM! And of course, you are also welcome to return for more shopping anytime during public hours Saturday 8PM through Tuesday at midnight!
Crew Sign Ups – Will be posted closer to sale date. Please note, due to this being an online sale, we won’t have as many crew shift opportunities as we do for in-person. Once crew registration opens, everyone will have a chance to sign up for at least one shift and the rest will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Checks – Processed 3 weeks after the end of the sale!
New August 2025
August online event is an all seasons event so there are no restrictions on seasonal items.
Minimum price is now $2. If something isn’t worth that individually then bundle it with something else! Also, if you have unsold items priced at less than $2 that you are activating from a prior sale, be sure to edit the price. And, if you plan on participating in a future in person event, be sure you not only update the price on any items less than $2, but you also print a new tag for those items.
There will be an overall inventory limit of 400 items for any consignor who hasn’t received an email otherwise limiting them to less. Consignors who consistently generate refunds may have lower limits in place. If you have a proven track record with no refunds and a high sell through rate, you can email me to request a possible bump on your limit.
You should always double check things before marking them “ready for online” BUT do be sure your sizes are correct. I made some updates to the sizes that can be selected for some of the categories. This was done to help avoid incorrect sizing by only allowing you to only be able to choose a kids size for kids items and an adult size for the young mens/young womens items etc. If you had an item sized incorrectly before (i.e. boys clothing with a young mens size, etc) or if you had a sports equipment category item (i.e. cleats etc) that required a size, these items will most likely show an incorrect size that needs to be updated (many defaulted to size “preemie”). Please scroll through your items to be sure each has a correct size moving forward.
